Is GSPartners legit? My dad almost put his retirement money into it

I'm posting this mostly because I'm curious if other people have looked into GSPartners.

My father attended a presentation and came home excited because they were talking about digital assets and passive income. He was seriously considering moving close to $30k from his retirement account.

I spent a weekend researching and what worried me was how much emphasis there seemed to be on bringing in new people and buying different packages. I also found a lot of complaints from people saying withdrawals became difficult.

Maybe I'm just overly cautious, but we decided not to go through with it.

Missing out on profits hurts less than explaining to my dad why his savings disappeared.
