The website at nexacapitalz.com appears to be built around capital growth and trading access, but the regulatory record is where the problem begins. A professional dashboard or account manager does not mean the firm is authorised to handle investor money.

The FCA first published its warning on May 26, 2026. I would not fund this account or believe any withdrawal promise until the firm can show proper authorisation.
