I was encouraged to make crypto investments through oriongols.com after being told it could help me build a better life and support my family.
The first trades were made to look successful so I would trust the platform and put in more. Then the pressure increased, including suggestions around moving retirement money and borrowing against it.
When I tried to access the funds, I was told the account had been flagged and frozen for insider trading. The only way to unfreeze it, they said, was to pay another $15,000.
