Paylaterr left my car payment unpaid after taking my money

I used Paylaterr because I thought it would help me make a car payment. I sent the requested paystub and was given a promised payment date, but the payment was never sent. When I called, there was no answer, and email replies took days only to bring more promises.

My lender kept contacting me while I was waiting for Paylaterr to do what it said it would do. The company also promoted a card in its portal that appeared to involve another charge, which did not give me confidence after the original bill remained unpaid. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress.
