Bitunix required advanced verification when I tried to withdraw my $2,000 deposit

I deposited $2,000 after seeing a bonus campaign. When the bonus was declined, I tried to withdraw without having traded on the platform, but the withdrawal failed.

Support reportedly required video KYC and proof of address, such as bank statements or a utility bill, before an internal review. Bitunix replied publicly asking the reviewer to send their UID for review; that response does not establish the outcome of the withdrawal.
