DOGEBALL accepted my DOGE and SOL presale payments but never delivered tokens

I bought into the DOGEBALL Token presale in January and February 2026, sending both DOGE and SOL. The payments were confirmed on-chain, but I never received the tokens or a refund.

The project’s own system showed failed and expired payment records even though the payments had been sent. I lost $524 and filed an IC3 report after trying to resolve it.

A presale payment should not become an unexplained failed record after the funds have left a wallet. Keep independent transaction evidence and do not assume a project dashboard is proof that delivery will happen.
