Arte Oro pushed me into CryCoin and then my withdrawals never arrived

I was approached on Facebook by someone who slowly built trust by talking about gold trades and inside market information.

After one small trade appeared to work, I tried to withdraw and then send more money through a site called CryCoin. The withdrawals never arrived, and Kraken later told me the coins I was trying to deposit were counterfeit and worthless.

When I questioned the counterfeit tokens, CryCoin locked me out and stopped recognizing my login details.
