I first deposited $100 and was able to withdraw it. After depositing $1,850, I requested a $1,000 withdrawal and it was rejected.
I tried email and live chat several times but did not receive a response. The contrast between the small successful withdrawal and the rejected larger one is exactly why I am warning others to test the process carefully.
