MetaChainEx and FintrexPro being listed together raises questions for me

I would look closely at both names here, since the Bank of Russia entry lists MetaChainEx and FintrexPro together and names metachainex.com and fintrexpro.com. The regulator describes signs of an illegal professional participant in the securities market.

Because both services are included in the same entry, I have kept them in one report. I would not extend the warning to similarly named services without matching their details to the official listing.
