Nexus Equity would not let me withdraw without an IOCP payment

I invested with Nexus Equity and now cannot withdraw the balance shown in my account. I was told that I must first make another crypto payment for something called an Investor Operational Compliance Process.

The changing deadlines, website issues, payment instructions, and emails raised serious concerns for me. I am documenting the experience because the additional payment was presented as necessary before my existing money could be released.
