I tried to learn what policy had been violated and when the remaining money would be released, but support responses referred broadly to internal policies and compliance checks. I was not given a specific explanation or a clear recovery timetable. An account closure is serious enough on its own; closing it while funds remain inaccessible requires precise instructions for how and when the customer will receive the balance.
