My deposits remained locked at OK-X after the promised 30-day hold

OK-X offered bonus money that was supposed to become withdrawable after 30 days following a deposit. I made two deposits, and both the deposits and bonus funds remained on the platform beyond the stated period.

I have not been able to withdraw even a small amount. Each day, customer service gives me another reason why the money cannot be released, and the complaint channel appears unavailable. I need a clear explanation of why the stated withdrawal period was not honored.
