OW Markets removed profits from my account when I tried to withdraw

I believed I had earned a profit through normal trading and requested a withdrawal. Instead of receiving the expected payout, I found that the available profit had changed and I could not get a clear trade-by-trade explanation for the adjustment.

Profits should not become impossible to understand at the moment of withdrawal. Export your history regularly, keep screenshots of balances and open positions, and ask for a full calculation if any adjustment is made. Do not accept broad explanations without records.
