FXROAD kept asking me for more money and would not release my balance

I invested $34,637 after being encouraged by my account manager to put money into gold. After I funded the account, I kept being asked to add more money, with promises that the credit situation would be cleared and I would then be able to withdraw.

That did not happen. My investment went negative, I could not withdraw, and I was later asked to agree to a $10,000 settlement that still has not been completed. My experience is that the requests for additional money did not lead to a resolution or access to my funds.
