Everything worked exactly like a standard broker early on. The MetaTrader 5 connection was smooth and order executions were fast enough that I managed to build my initial $1,500 balance up to just over $4,200 after a solid week of trading the volatile oil price drops.
The minute I went to submit a withdrawal request for my initial seed capital, the terminal completely disconnected from their server. Now when I try to log in, the system spits out a generic 'Account Disabled' error code. I've tried reaching out to their support desk and emailing their compliance officers, but they have completely blocked my email address.
