MetaGold locked my confirmed USDT deposit inside its system

I deposited 246.49 USDT through the Polygon network to the address shown in MetaGold’s deposit section. The transaction was confirmed on-chain with more than 1,600 confirmations, but the funds were still blocked in the platform’s internal system.

I submitted the AML form, identification, bank statement, and transaction screenshots, but support kept giving generic replies without releasing the funds. I need a clear reason for the hold and a defined outcome for the deposit review.
