Prop Number One left my payout pending and stopped giving useful answers

I requested my payout after completing the trading requirements and was told it should arrive within two weeks. More than four weeks passed, and I still had no payment. Each time I contacted support, I received another vague answer rather than a transaction reference or a firm date. The silence after all the work I put into the account is what worries me most. I would not buy another challenge here until the company proves it can clear its existing payout queue.
