The Finlto name and finalto.co domain are close enough to a real firm that I would check them carefully before responding to any approach. Similar branding is a reason to verify, not a reason to assume a contact is genuine.
The FCA identifies Finlto as a clone firm and says it has been contacting people while pretending to be authorised. It identifies Finalto Financial Services Limited as the genuine authorised firm and says it has no connection to the clone.
The FCA says customers who deal with the clone will not have Financial Ombudsman Service access and will not be protected by the FSCS if things go wrong. I would independently confirm the legitimate firm through the FCA Firm Checker.
