20TRADES would not process my withdrawal and support stopped responding

I could not withdraw my money from 20TRADES. Support did not respond to my emails, my relationship manager did not answer calls, and I was left without any practical help in getting the withdrawal processed.

I also had problems using the account through MT5 because the expected options were not available after logging in with my 20TRADES account ID. The combination of an unresolved withdrawal and no reliable response from support made the account unusable for me.
