OrbitalFX withdrawal remained in processing status beyond expected timeframe

I submitted a withdrawal request after several months of trading activity and expected the transaction to follow the timeframe previously described by support.

The withdrawal entered a processing status and remained there for longer than anticipated. Customer service responded to inquiries but was unable to provide a specific completion date or explain the exact stage of the review process.
