Could not close a trade during platform error

The platform had an error while I was trying to close an open trade. My close attempts did not go through, and I was left watching the position continue until my balance reached zero.

I lost money because I could not manage the position when I needed to. I want the execution history and server records reviewed so there is a clear explanation for why the trade could not be closed.
