I created a Fiatside order to exchange 78.99 USDT on TRON for a €66.08 PayPal payment. I sent the exact USDT amount to the deposit address Fiatside provided, and the transaction was confirmed on-chain.
The order remained stuck at zero confirmations on the site, while support email and the contact form were unreachable. I am documenting this because the crypto left my wallet but the promised payout was never completed.
