I started with a small deposit, then added more funds after being directed to open another account. When I later requested a withdrawal, the request was repeatedly rejected for different reasons.
The support experience has not given me a clear route to resolution. I need one written explanation covering the exact reason for rejection, any outstanding requirement, and when my funds can be released.
