Deposit blocked and support not responding

My funds were not being withdrawn and support stopped responding. The platform had been recommended through a trading-robot service, but I could not get my deposit back.

I need the withdrawal request handled and a direct response from someone responsible. My concern is that the platform accepted funds but did not provide a workable exit.
