OctaFX refused my refund and left the case unresolved

My issue with OctaFX came down to a refund that should have been handled clearly.

Instead of a clean resolution, the case stayed open and the answers I received did not make me confident that the matter was being treated seriously. When a broker has your money, the refund process should not feel like a negotiation where the customer has to keep proving the obvious.

I would not put larger funds into any broker until you know how they handle refund requests, failed deposits, and rejected transactions in real cases.
