Stonegate Options would not release my money after the trading pitch

I joined a Facebook group where members appeared to be making money from trades supplied by Keith and the DCI team. I was directed to use Kraken and then transfer funds into a Stonegate Options account.

When I tried to take my money out, it would not go anywhere. The apparent success stories in the group made the service seem legitimate at first, but my withdrawal experience was very different.
