Rotbix showed a fake $500,000 balance and charged gas fees to withdraw it

Rotbix presented itself like a crypto wallet, but the report described a setup where users were shown a fake balance.

The balance displayed was around $500,000, which is exactly the kind of number that can make someone believe a big payout is waiting. The catch was that withdrawals required a gas fee in ETH or BTC.

That gas fee was the real trap. If the balance is not real, then paying to unlock it only sends real crypto into the scammer's hands.
