BDSwiss kept my withdrawal pending for eight months before rejecting it

I submitted a withdrawal and spent months following up while the request remained unresolved.

The account was charged an inactivity fee even though the money was already tied up in the withdrawal dispute. After more than eight months, the request was marked rejected without the clear reconciliation I had repeatedly requested.

The remaining balance was later shown as removed in connection with a different structure that I had not expressly approved. I wanted my cash returned, not converted into another product or allocation.
