BCH Miner paid once before denying my mining withdrawals

I started with a small crypto mining investment through BCH Miner and BTX Miner because the dashboard showed daily gains.

After I put in more money, I was able to withdraw once, which made me believe the mining contracts were real. That trust led me to keep adding funds. Later, withdrawals were denied under changing contract explanations and the earnings dashboard no longer meant anything.

The operation looked like a cloud mining business from the outside, but the withdrawal side is where it broke down.
