Repeated documents requested while withdrawal stalled

I deposited $5,000 and completed KYC, but when I tried to withdraw $1,400 I was repeatedly asked for more documents. Each request appeared to delay the process instead of resolving it.

I need a final list of requirements and a clear timeframe for payment. Repeated documentation demands should not be used to keep a withdrawal open indefinitely.
