I am documenting this payout warning for traders using proprietary or funded-trading firms.
The firm refused to send my payout after claiming I had breached the contract. Support kept saying they were fixing the issue, but instead of releasing the full payout, they later emailed a settlement document offering only 15% because the company would be closing operations.
That kind of sequence is a major red flag: delay the payout, cite a contract breach, keep support vague, then pressure the trader into accepting a small settlement. I would preserve the contract, trade logs, payout records, settlement email, and all support messages before taking any further step.
