I joined BluePeak Markets earlier this year and initially had no complaints.
The account setup process was smooth and support responded quickly whenever I needed help. That changed after I noticed several unexpected charges appearing in my transaction history.
I contacted support and asked for a breakdown of the fees. The responses became slower and less detailed each time. Eventually they stopped responding altogether.
Shortly afterward, my withdrawal request was rejected and I was told additional documentation would be required.
I've already submitted everything they asked for. Weeks later I'm still waiting. The sudden change in attitude after I started asking questions is what concerns me most.
