BangCoins left my $500 redemption pending after I sent the card verification it requested

I made a purchase through BangCoins, verified my account, and later had a balance of about $500 available for redemption. When I requested it, I was asked to provide screenshots of the payment card used and the pending redemption.

I sent the requested verification material, but my redemption remained unresolved afterward. I was left waiting without a clear explanation of what was still needed or when the request would be completed.

A redemption process should not become an open-ended support issue after the requested information has been supplied. I would like to know whether anyone has successfully completed a BangCoins payout.
