Withdrawal refused after a $50 test deposit

I made a first deposit of $50 and found the spread much higher than expected. My withdrawal was rejected the next day, and it still was not paid after I made one trade and submitted another request.

I am trying to withdraw even this small amount of principal, but the process has not been clear. I need a direct explanation and confirmation that the withdrawal has actually been sent.
