Big Boss made my profitable trading records difficult to reconcile

I expected to withdraw the profit shown in my account, but the available balance and trading records became difficult to reconcile. I wanted a complete order history and a written explanation before accepting that trades I believed were profitable could be removed or treated as unavailable.

A trader should never wait until there is a dispute to download records. Export your history regularly and compare it with your own notes and screenshots. If an account balance changes around the time you request a withdrawal, ask for a trade-level explanation in writing.
