Novate CFD balance started shrinking even though I did not place the trades

I am logging this warning for anyone considering Novate CFD.

The complaint I found described putting about $8,000 into the platform, expecting to start trading, only to see the site become unstable and the account balance begin reducing without trades being initiated by the user.

When a platform can move or reduce balances without a clear trade record, that is not normal trading risk. I would avoid funding this broker until the withdrawal and execution issues are clearly resolved.
