My initial experience registering and trading was positive, but my first withdrawal then remained stuck for days. The review says no funds had been sent and no support-team member had resolved the issue.
The reviewer changed the rating after that withdrawal problem. I would document the withdrawal request, balance, support contacts, and any payment reference before relying on an unresolved withdrawal.
