My TLRex withdrawal was denied and returned to the app balance

I tried to make my sixth withdrawal from TLRex after leaving some funds in the app for trading. The withdrawal was denied, and the amount was returned to my in-app funds instead of reaching me as cash.

I had been considering upgrading, joining the mining feature, and recruiting other people, but I have not received this cashout. I’m sharing my experience so others understand that a balance shown inside an app is not the same as money successfully withdrawn.
