DEX XM Pro declined my withdrawal and said I had to pay tax first

I used DEX XM Pro for online crypto trading and put in savings and credit-card money.

When I tried to withdraw, the platform declined the request and told me I had to pay tax on the earnings first. I sent the requested payment, but instead of processing the withdrawal, they treated the money like another deposit.

Even when I asked to withdraw only my original investment and leave the supposed profit, the platform still refused.
