Avenni Pro asked me for more collateral before it would release my funds

I deposited a significant amount of money and cryptocurrency while dealing with IronFX / Avenni Pro. When I tried to withdraw, I was told I had to provide more funds as collateral before the withdrawal could be processed.

The explanations changed between account restrictions, repayment requirements, collateral, and additional deposits. I was repeatedly told the account would be released after another payment. The WhatsApp trading group was then disbanded, its members disappeared, and the website became inaccessible.

My wallet balance later showed nil, and I believe I cannot recover my original deposit. Preserve messages, deposit records, transaction IDs, wallet addresses, and withdrawal requests if you experienced the same pattern. Do not send more crypto just because a platform says it is needed to release your own balance.
