Otto Forex rejected my withdrawal and demanded a 10% fee

I met someone through a dating app who later introduced me to leveraged gold and foreign-currency trading through Otto Forex. I began with a smaller deposit, saw apparent gains, and kept adding money after being told the opportunity would end soon.

When I tried to withdraw, each request was rejected. Support then said I needed to pay a foreign-transaction fee of more than $10,000 separately instead of taking it from the account balance. My reported loss was $18,000.
