QXBroker left my withdrawal request pending for more than three weeks

I funded my QXBroker account using crypto and initially had no reason to suspect anything was wrong.

Deposits reflected almost immediately and the trading interface appeared normal enough that I eventually built my balance to just over $350 in available equity. Wanting to test the withdrawal process, I submitted a payout request for part of the funds.

That request sat in pending status for more than three weeks.

During that time I opened multiple support tickets and sent repeated emails asking for clarification. Every response I received simply stated that the finance department was reviewing the transaction internally.

What worries me most is that deposits appeared to process instantly while withdrawals seemed to disappear into a completely different system.
