I paid clearance and paperwork fees but still did not receive my Forex withdrawal

I was approached on Instagram about a Forex investment and sent an initial $150 after being promised rapid profits. The next day, I was told I had to pay a clearance fee before the displayed profit could be released.

After I paid the clearance fee, I was asked for more money for paperwork and processing. I reported a $649.99 loss and was told the payments were non-refundable even though I never received the promised funds.
