DOGEBALL Token presale payment did not result in tokens or refund

I bought into the DOGEBALL Token presale in January and February 2026, sending both DOGE and SOL. The transactions are visible on-chain, but I never received the promised tokens and no refund was issued.

The presale system showed failed and expired payment records for my wallet. I repeatedly asked for invoice information over several months. On May 27, 2026, I was told there was no resolution path available.

My total verified loss is approximately $524. I have filed an FBI IC3 complaint and am preparing additional reports in Germany, with reports to BaFin and Action Fraud also planned. I retained the transaction evidence and the payment history connected to the presale.

The website named in the post was dogeballtoken.com. I am documenting this so other buyers can compare their records and avoid sending more funds while waiting for a result. If anyone else had a failed or expired DOGEBALL presale payment, I would like to know whether they received tokens, a refund, or any substantive response.
