Legacy Funded Futures left my support requests unanswered for a month

I have tried to reach Legacy Funded Futures support several times over the past month and have not received a response. I used the help-desk feature in its Discord, where I was told to wait for the backend team, but no follow-up arrived.

At this point, the support route has not helped me resolve my issue. I am sharing this so other traders know to consider how they will get assistance if they need it.
