Small balance unavailable for withdrawal

I had a small balance of $132 but could not withdraw it. The experience made me question whether deposits and withdrawals were being handled properly.

I need the remaining balance released or a direct explanation of what is preventing payment. Even a small amount should not be inaccessible without a reason.
