Novexbridge.io representatives pressured me into upgrading before releasing funds

According to my account manager, the reason withdrawals were delayed was because my account tier was too low.

I was told that upgrading to a premium membership would unlock faster processing and lower fees.

The explanation didn't make sense because withdrawals had supposedly been available from day one.

What concerned me most was how quickly the conversation shifted away from my request and toward making another deposit.

That was enough to convince me to stop sending additional funds.
