RaiseFX left €400 unavailable after a delayed withdrawal request

I requested a withdrawal that took four to five days to be processed and accepted. I tried to cancel it so I could use cryptocurrency instead, but the system did not allow that, and €400 was deducted from my account.

Support said the system was under maintenance, but the issue continued and my tickets were closed without a resolution. I was left needing an update on where the €400 was and how the withdrawal issue would be fixed.
