Gate.io kept changing the timeline for opening my account

I was given several conflicting timelines for an account-opening issue at Gate.io. I was first told the account would be opened on Sunday and completed within 24 hours, then that it would be done that day or the following day, and later that it would be completed on Sunday again.

The delay was urgent for me because a token faced a possible delisting and I needed trading functionality. Gate.io replied that it was following up and would provide an update. I would ask users with a time-sensitive issue to get a clear written timeline rather than rely on repeated informal estimates.
