Lumix Exchange left me unable to move my displayed balance into an Indian wallet

I was trying to withdraw money from Lumix Exchange into an Indian cryptocurrency wallet and then transfer it into my bank account.

The balance looked available inside the exchange, but I could not establish a normal route for moving it into a wallet I controlled. Everything depended on instructions coming from the same people who introduced the platform.

I eventually realized that the displayed balance meant nothing if it could not leave lumixxchg.com. I would not send another payment to activate or validate the withdrawal.
